Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 large brioche bread or challah bread
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk almond milk with vanilla
  • 1/2 cup half and half or more milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice Simply Orange with Mango, no pulp
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract optional if using almond milk with vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • maple syrup for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Tear bread into pieces and place in casserole dish.
  2. Whip together eggs, milk, half and half, orange juice, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over bread.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 30-50 minutes until browned.
  5. Remove from oven and drizzle with maple syrup. Serve warm.

Notes

For a crispier texture, bake longer, but watch for burning.
