Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt and mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a rope and form into a bagel shape.
- Place bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with egg white and sprinkle with seasoning (optional).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a sweeter bagel, add a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup to the dough.
