Bagel
  • 1 protein bagel store-bought or homemade
Optional Toppings
  • cream cheese
  • avocado
  • everything bagel seasoning
  • smoked salmon
  • sliced tomatoes
  • red onion

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) if required.
  2. Slice the protein bagel in half horizontally.
  3. Place bagel halves in the air fryer basket, cut-side up.
  4. Air fry for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown. Check frequently.
  5. Remove the bagels from the air fryer.
  6. Add desired toppings and enjoy immediately.
