Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients
  • 1/2 cup cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup cup milk
  • 2 eggs eggs

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Mix dry ingredients; combine with wet mixture, alternating with milk.
  4. Pour batter into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes; cool before serving.
