Method
- Marinate chicken with salt, garlic powder, paprika, curry powder, and yogurt. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Sauté garlic and onion in oil and 1 tbsp butter. Add tomato sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, cream, cayenne, garam masala, and curry powder. Simmer.
- Cook marinated chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Add chicken to sauce. Stir in remaining butter. Simmer.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with naan and rice.
Notes
Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper to control the spiciness of the dish.
