Method
- Simmer beans, half the onions, and half the garlic in chicken stock for 2 hours until beans soften.
- Add cooked chicken and salsa to the pot.
- Seed, dice jalapenos, and sauté with spices, remaining onions, and garlic in oil.
- Add sautéed mixture to the pot and simmer for 1 hour.
- Garnish with sour cream, cheese, and cilantro before serving.
Notes
For a spicier chili, add more cayenne or jalapenos.
