Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Steam butternut squash in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- Add remaining veggies and beef sausage to a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle in thyme, smoked paprika, garlic salt, and pepper.
- Toss to combine.
- Pour onto a baking sheet brushed with olive oil.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until veggies are cooked through and slightly brown.
Notes
For easier cleanup, line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
