Method
- Spray slow cooker with cooking spray and spread cherry filling inside.
- Mix cake mix with cinnamon (if using) and sprinkle over cherry filling.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Sprinkle nuts if desired, then cover and cook on high 2-3 hours or low 4-5 hours.
- Serve warm, optionally with whipped cream or ice cream.
Notes
This dessert is best served warm and can be topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
