  • 1 package frozen shredded hashbrowns thawed
  • 2 cups cooked turkey turkey turkey turkey turkey ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 0.5 cup diced onion
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Optional Garnish
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch dish.
  2. Mix hashbrowns, diced turkey ham, and cheddar cheese in a bowl.
  3. Combine sour cream, chicken soup, onion, butter, eggs, garlic, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture over the hashbrown mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer to the dish and bake uncovered for 45-55 minutes until golden and bubbly. Rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
