Method
- Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray and pour half of marinara sauce inside.
- Mix ricotta, egg, parmesan, spinach (if using), Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Transfer cheese mixture to a Ziploc bag, cut corner, and pipe into uncooked manicotti shells.
- Layer shells in slow cooker over sauce, cover with remaining sauce, and cook on high for 2 hours.
- Sprinkle mozzarella on top, cover, and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Notes
You can add more spinach for extra nutrition or adjust seasonings to taste.
