Ingredients
  

Sauces
  • 1 jar Family Size jar of marinara sauce preferably Classico
Pasta
  • 1 box manicotti pasta
Cheese and Dairy
  • 15 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg egg
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Vegetables & Seasonings
  • to taste Spinach, washed and dried (optional) optional
  • to taste Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste Garlic Powder

Method
 

  1. Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray and pour half of marinara sauce inside.
  2. Mix ricotta, egg, parmesan, spinach (if using), Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Transfer cheese mixture to a Ziploc bag, cut corner, and pipe into uncooked manicotti shells.
  4. Layer shells in slow cooker over sauce, cover with remaining sauce, and cook on high for 2 hours.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella on top, cover, and cook for an additional 30 minutes.

Notes

You can add more spinach for extra nutrition or adjust seasonings to taste.
