Method
- Add ground beef to a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Brown and break apart the meat.
- Carefully soak up excess grease, leaving about 1 tablespoon behind.
- Stir in chili beans and diced tomatoes, bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
- Stir in cinnamon, simmer for 20 minutes, then serve topped with cheese, sour cream, and fresh toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or chopped onions.
