Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts approx. 1.5 lbs
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped, for garnish
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix chili sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook chicken 6-7 minutes per side until caramelized.
  5. Squeeze lime juice over chicken and garnish with cilantro.
