Ingredients
  

Wraps
  • 4 large spinach tortillas
Filling
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional) optional
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves

Method
 

  1. Lay the spinach tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread approximately 1/4 cup of hummus evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border.
  3. Evenly distribute the shredded carrots, chopped cucumber, and chopped bell pepper over the hummus on each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle feta cheese (if using) over the vegetables.
  5. Top with fresh spinach leaves.
  6. Tightly roll up each tortilla, tucking in the sides as you roll.
  7. Cut each wrap in half (optional).
  8. Serve immediately or wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for later.
