Ingredients
  

Canned Fruit
  • 2 cups apple pie filling
  • 1 cups yellow cake mix
  • 1 cups caramel sauce
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cups chopped nuts (optional)
  • for serving Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Method
 

  1. Spray crockpot with non-stick spray and add apple filling.
  2. Drizzle half of caramel sauce over apples.
  3. Sprinkle cake mix and cinnamon evenly over apples.
  4. Pour melted butter over the top and add nuts if desired.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours until set and golden.
  6. Drizzle remaining caramel before serving and enjoy with ice cream if desired.

Notes

For extra crunch, add more nuts or serve with whipped cream.
