Ingredients
  

Meat and Beans
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 1 can kidney beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • 1 can pinto beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups beef broth

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef in a large pot until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add diced onion and garlic; cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in spices; cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add tomatoes, beans, and broth; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat; simmer for 20-25 minutes until thickened.
