Method
- Combine cottage cheese, milk, vanilla extract, sweetener, and salt (if using) in a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetener as needed.
- Transfer to a serving dish or individual cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the mousse to thicken slightly.
- Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Notes
For a thicker mousse, use full-fat cottage cheese and chill for a longer period.
